A long, golden day among the vines.
They met in a queue for coffee in Lyon, both reaching for the last almond croissant. Six years later, they said their vows in a vineyard an hour outside the city, under a sky that took its time turning gold.
The morning was unhurried — Camille and her sisters barefoot on cool stone floors, Théo and his father sharing a quiet glass before anyone arrived. I moved between rooms, mostly unseen, keeping the small things: a steadying hand, a held breath, a laugh that broke the nerves.
“We don't just have photographs — we have the way the whole day felt, kept forever.”
The ceremony was held between two rows of old vines, guests fanning themselves with programmes, the officiant's words carried off on a warm breeze. When they kissed, the whole field seemed to exhale.

Dinner ran long, as the best ones do — toasts that turned to tears, then to laughter, then to dancing under strings of light. We slipped away for ten minutes at dusk, just the two of them and the last of the sun, for the quietest frames of the night.
