Bookings & deposits

A signed agreement and a non-refundable deposit are required to reserve a date. The deposit secures your date and is applied toward your total.

Payments

The remaining balance is due according to the schedule set out in your agreement. Late payments may affect delivery timelines.

Cancellations & rescheduling

Cancellation and rescheduling terms are detailed in your individual agreement. We'll always do our best to accommodate changes where possible.

Image rights & usage

You receive a personal print release for your images. Margaux Lune Photography retains copyright and may use selected images for portfolio, website, and marketing purposes unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Liability

While every care is taken, our liability is limited to the value of the services provided, as set out in your agreement.
